Bill Winter's background is in family business from an early age through to owning and leading a successful food manufacturing company with a sibling.
His value to you includes board membership and chairing advisory or family boards, CEO roles, GM roles, consulting and mentoring. I have seen an economic roller coaster style economy and been through economic hard times since 1990 and know how it hurts private business owners. As a young teenager, the kitchen table was an extension of our parents business. Our early learning was by osmosis and then, over the years, by hard work, life long professional learning and by broad industry experience.

The COVID-19 crisis taught us to unlearn much of what we did previously and challenge every part of our business model.
