My professional mentoring experience is well documented and includes organisations as AICD, TEC, & Irish Australian Chamber.

My own business ownership experience proved to me that no one achieves real business success working on their own.

Family business is often driven by internal individual emotion. I am a trained and accredited mediator.

 As a past family owner who learnt the hard way. I bring an impartial and pragmatic approach to difficult situations. 

Years of lived real experience in family enterprises leads to providing sage business advice.

Business owners we have mentored, advised and worked with over the years do not hesitate to acknowledge that we have been able to add value to them personally, the next generation and their business. 


 We have facilitated many  business owner conversations, mentored and coached family business leaders and next generation potential leaders. This includes the conversations that are often too hard to hold. Leaders in business appreciate we understand the issues in business face on a daily basis. 


My background is in family business from an early age through to owning and leading a successful food manufacturing company with a sibling.

The value I add  you includes board membership and chairing advisory or family boards, CEO roles, GM roles, consulting and mentoring. 

 I have seen an economic roller coaster style economy and been through economic hard times since 1990 to 2026 and know how it hurts private business owners.  

As a young teenager, the kitchen table was an extension of our parents business. Our early learning was by osmosis and then, over the years, by hard work, life long professional learning and by broad industry experience.


Over the years I have been business owner, public company director, corporate CEO / GM,, hospital and school board member, business turnaround specialist, lecturer, workshop facilitator, mediator and advisory board member for private companies. MAICD, FIM&L, FAMI


The COVID-19 crisis taught us to unlearn much of what we did previously and challenge every part of our business model.  


There is no normal as we knew it before. It will be a case of differentiate or die.
